Does he like me and how can i talk to him?

  • k so there is this guy at my school and i like him A LOT and im thinkin he likes me back but i cant be sure. I have caught him staring at me a few times and he catches me staring at him a lot to. At stupid parent teacher conferences i saw him there and got all self concious and everything. later that night my mom told me he was kept looking over his shoulder at me. Idk what to because everyone says play hard to get so i kinda pretend hes not there but occasionally look straight at him. im really shy so idk how to talk to him or anything either. do u think her likes me and how can i talk to him for the first time???

    The only difference is that I'm really outgoing, haha! I would be out by now, but NOO, I'm grounded for something silly so I'm helping other people out. :)

    Sorry, that was irrelevant. Anyway! I think he likes you hon! Normally when guys keep looking at you, and he still hasn't done anything, I think he wants you to do something. Annoying, right? I think the guys should make the first move, but NO, hardly any of them do that nowadays!

    Well, the way I got to know the guy I like was that, well, coincidentally I noticed I run into him a lot. So I pretended like I didn't notice he was there, and I was walking alone and for me, I can't walk to any of my periods alone because I feel awkward and like a loner, hahaha.
    Basically I pretended like I was looking around to find someone to talk to, well I kind of was really looking but I knew my crush was around, and when I saw him I said, "Hey!" and he said hey back, and from there I explained that I was talking to him because I can't walk to any class by myself because I feel awkward and I need to talk to someone, so I said I was going to talk to him and he laughed and said, "Alright, that's cool." And I got to know him from there by saying, "So, what's your name?"

    This sounds irrelevant, but it is. You see what I mean? Just go up to him and start chatting with him!
    If you already know him, then forget the "What's your name" part and just say, "Hey,____!"
    Let everything flow from there, but if you want some conversation starters you can talk about how his day is going or how it was, or (if you guys have class[es] together) ask him if he likes so-and-so class. You know? You'll be surprised where these conversations can lead, trust me.

  • Just give him TONS of hints that you show intrest in him. I fhe's staring at you that means that he thinks that you like him and he's intrested too :] Start convs with him. Flirt a lot. i know that you're shy but you have blue eyes and so do I... Those eyes will win him over :]


  • maybe he does like you ;) if he does (or even if he doesn't) then you just need to start a conversation... if you two just 'happen' to be standing together by yourselves then strike up a conversation or smile at him at least. don't play hard to get because you may just push him away and make him think you don't like him at all... sometimes by ignoring a guy you can give them the wrong impression. if you see him looking at you and you catch his eye just smile. acknowledge that you two are looking at each other rather than just looking away and making it awkward and making it obvious you like him by looking away quickly. just start a conversation about how stupid parent teacher night was for example. if youre in the same class as him just ask him how his essay or story for homework is going. if you can add him on myspace or msn then just send him a nice comment saying "hey, how are you going? :)" and im sure youll get a reply :)

    music is pretty much always a good conversation topic but hard to bring up as a first conversation. good luck and just ask a question - that way he has to reply and you look nice because guys tend not to go for girls who start a conversation by talking about themselves.
