Listen to your body and feed it when it's hungry. (EXCEPTIONS : Breakfast, *occasional* diner parties / holidays, and if you haven't eaten before 7pm, eat a smallish snack)Yeah it is, shouldn't cause too many problems as long as you're not skipping it completely or having hours of difference.
