i picked my nose alot and now i have scabs in it. i have tried to leave them alone and have for a day or two but the will not heal. everytime i blow my nose i blow out alittle bit a blood and some boogers as usual lol. but why wont the cuts heal? i have tried to leave them alone but it is hard. i have done this before and they usually heal quickly but not this time. i need some opinions, thanks and god blessLeave it alone! Scabs are nature's bandaids - and will keep it from getting infected, if you leave it alone. Put a little vaseline or Zicam on a swab in the nostril to keep it moist. And don't blow unless your nose is running. Clip ALL of your finger nails STOP picking your nose it will heal in time. nosebleeds are caused by trauma, hot temperature, hypertension, or what you do. Keep it moist and wear gloves. leave it along da its common sense unless u dont have any and its a nasty habbit so u should stopUse a Q-tip with Vaseline to moisturize the inside of your nose. Do it 3 times a day.My kids do this! You need to leave it ALONE, picking your nose is a nasty habit in the first place but it can also help you get sick!!! You should apply some Vaseline or moisturizing cream/lotion onto the inside of your nose 2 to 3 times a day this will keep the inside of your nose moisturized. One of the reasons that you get boogers and then your nose bleeds is that the inside gets too dry and cracks slightly! Moisturizing the inside of your nose will also help your nose not to bleed and to keep you from getting sick also!that's a disgusting habit if you pick your nose it bleeds your fingers arent ment to be in your nose in the first place#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
