I've heard of boys getting erections when they're 7 but never generated through sexual feelings!5 year old children can't give consent. Neither can 7-8 years old children. Basically you were acting out what you saw (or your cousin saw) happening.

Well, Yes technically this is wrong. But with both of you being so young then you didn't really know what you were doing. Don't feel too guilty about it. It was a silly experiment that went wrong.
Obviously if you did it again you would be breaking the law.
Because incest is illegal.
I advise you don't tell anyone about it...
And never speak to your cousin again.
